ABOUT PENNY:

Penny Weiss is the ultimate entrepreneur and philanthropist. She is the owner of The Event, a rental and event design company. She also serves on the Sun Valley Culinary Institute Board. She served 6 years on the St. Luke’s Volunteer Board and on the Swiftsure Ranch Board. She works closely with The Senior Connection, and revived the Festival of Trees for the community.

Penny is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Drug and Alcohol counselor. She owns River Sage Stables in Bellevue, Idaho where she oversees Equine boarding and lessons. She loves people, horses, entertainment design and decor, travel, and reading. She is tireless and takes on all projects with zeal.

Penny graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a Masters Degree in Social Work, and was recently nominated as Woman of the Year in Blaine County.​
